Thank you so much for considering writing for SheLoves Magazine!
Here at SheLoves Magazine, we believe stories are sacred. Your story holds power. When our editors work with you, we bear this in mind and treat your work as such.
We tell stories that stir hearts, decolonize minds, deconstruct faith, demonstrate solidarity and allyship, heal what is broken, celebrate what is beautiful, and long to liberate all things and all beings.
We are always looking for fresh and brave voices to champion and feature on our site, especially voices of womxn of color and LGBTQIA+ womxn.
To get a sense of what we’re looking for, please take some time to read over the SheLoves Magazine Manifesto, our About Us page, and several of our previously published posts. This will give you an idea of our voice, our mission, and our heartbeat.

- Titles of books, movies, songs, etc. are italicized.
- SheLoves Magazine and SheLovelys are also italicized.
- Our community is global and our contributors come from many different places on the earth. In editing, we stick to the style of the country you’re from. For example, if you follow British English, we’ll stick to “honour,” and if you follow American English, we will go with “honor.”

- In general, spell out numbers one through nine, and use figures for numbers 10 and higher.
- Rights: All rights remain with the author of the post, but we appreciate it if you wait at least six months before reposting the piece on a different site.
- Publication: We reserve the right not to publish your story. Unfortunately, we have limited space for unsolicited stories and not all pieces fit our criteria or are suitable for our audience. We appreciate it if you can accept this gracefully.
